By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bl89 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. During periods of high request volume or where additional KYC checks are required, processing may take up to 72 hours.

bl89 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is held pending verification, bl89 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details and specify the documentation required.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bl89 may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after this threshold. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. bl89 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy fee.

bl89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. Wagering Requirements

Promotion Modifications

bl89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a legitimate operational reason to do so. Players who have already claimed a promotion that is subsequently modified will not be retroactively affected by changes to the promotion terms after the point of claim, except where fraud or error is involved.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game session, bl89 will investigate the affected session and, where the malfunction can be demonstrated to have affected the game outcome, the affected round(s) will be voided and any stakes involved returned to the player's account. bl89 will not honour payouts that result from demonstrable software errors regardless of the displayed amount. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all bl89 game titles.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bl89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live casino table games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player's account in order to transfer value in circumvention of withdrawal rules or bonus terms.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider for deposits that were genuinely made to your bl89 account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for outstanding amounts.

bl89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Confirmed underage account access.
• Account activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming behaviour.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bl89 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the account holder of the outcome. During the suspension period, all account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and game play — will be unavailable.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after any outstanding investigation is resolved, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure
